Job Description

Job Role

  • Management of the firm’s social media accounts: creating meaningful and captivating posts (including images, videos, GIFs, stories), scheduling and posting of organic and paid campaigns, as well as supporting in the relevant strategy design
  • Build a social media strategy
  • Develop and implement a social editorial calendar to manage day-to-day posting, on social media accounts
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content & assets on social media, this includes images, videos, GIFs, stories, written copy & much more
  • Content management for the website and intranet
  • Partner with the marketing team to understand how to leverage content for social audience
  • Active participation in brainstorming and planning, as well as assisting in the execution of a wide range of other marketing activities

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify monthly influencers and hot topics, according to key words and liaise with marketing team to build high quality content for social media distribution
  • Engage influencers and be a key point of contact for campaigns

Brand Marketing

  • Promotion of our services by translating the DP brand into engaging online content in the digital space (including website, intranet, social media, web banners)
  • Create awareness campaigns that increase Company’s Brand in key regions of growth
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure seamless integration of social media marketing plans

Reporting

  • Maintain a dashboard to track impact of various campaigns and adopt a data-driven mindset towards audience building campaigns
  • Collaborate and use third-party applications to set up social listening, influencer management, and lead generation campaigns on social media
  • Track & deliver competitor analysis
  • Production of digital campaign analytics and metrics

Experience & Education required:

  • Undergraduate degree essential: Relevant studies in advertising, public relations, business, digital marketing and media. Master’s degree is desirable:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing with proven success in delivering strong organic growth, user acquisition, curating content and delivering social engagement
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong knowledge of analytical tools, including web analytics, and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Creative, positive, outside the box thinker who likes to take initiative
  • Team player who is results driven and self-motivated is essential
