Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the sales manager and handling daily tasks.
- Following up on orders , communicating with the suppliers and customers.
- Issuing Proforma invoices and invoices in the system.
- Knowledge in handling logistics duties such as placement of orders with suppliers and following up with forwarding and clearing agencies.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English language.
- Proficiency with microsoft office progams.
- Similar prior experience is a must .(minimum 2 years similar experience )
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
