Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales manager and handling daily tasks.
  • Following up on orders , communicating with the suppliers and customers.
  • Issuing Proforma invoices and invoices in the system.
  • Knowledge in handling logistics duties such as placement of orders with suppliers and following up with forwarding and clearing agencies.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English language.
  • Proficiency with microsoft office progams.
  • Similar prior experience is a must .(minimum 2 years similar experience )
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
