Job Description

Marinou & Co Ltd is a well established accounting and audit firm with its headquarters in the city of Larnaca offering a comprehensive range of professional services including Audit & Assurance, Accounting & VAT, TAX and advanced Business Consulting. Our clients are public and private businesses operating across a wide range of markets both locally and internationally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Secretarial duties
  • Corporate Secretarial duties
  • Office management tasks
  • Reporting and receiving instructions directly from the managing partner and managers of the firm
  • Perform other duties as required

Profile and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Responsible
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy and demanding work environment
  • Ability to work and report under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
