Duties and Responsibilities:
Corporate Secretarial duties
Office management tasks
Reporting and receiving instructions directly from the managing partner and managers of the firm
Perform other duties as required
Profile and Qualifications:
Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Experience in a similar position
Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy and demanding work environment
Ability to work and report under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Strong team orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
