Job Description

Occhio Hospitality Group are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to fulfill the position of Floor Manager.


Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operation of the Venue
  • Plan, coordinate and manage the necessary activities of each event (layout, equipment, catering, bar services and etc)
  • Plan, organise, supervise and evaluate the work of the permanent and temporary staff
  • Act as the Venue’s liaison and work with external Company vendors as needed to meet event expectations
  • Act as on-site relationship manager to ensure needs are met according to contract terms before, during, and after the event
  • Ensure all administrative reports are completed and sent to upper management
  • Present recommendations for improved event planning and execution


  • Degree in Hospitality/Event Management/Business Management or any other related field
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Pleasant and positive personality
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
  • Computer literate
