As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our existing customers whilst bringing on new customers who can benefit from our products. Having the full responsibility of the Account Management Cycle, the main duties will be to:
Establish new and maintain existing relationships with organizations exploring possible needs and opportunities for business development and in generating new sales leads
Work with the company’s presales and sales teams in reviewing and evaluating the prospect’s needs in order to conclude on the proper solution and proceed with a proposal submission
Prepare and submit solution proposals
Ensure customer satisfaction through account management activities and generation of new opportunities...
