Monitor EMIR, MiFIR and APA reporting and be able to adhere to current regulation and implement subsequent regulatory changes
Be responsible that the Company fulfills its annual obligations and licence conditions
Prepare applications, notifications, and records updates for CySEC
Review any changes/ updates in the legislation (CySEC, ESMA) and perform all necessary amendments to the Company’ policies and procedures so as to adhere to the relevant legislation
Apply and perform the Monitoring Plan in place so as to ensure that standards are adhered
Review and Develop company Policies, perform regular monitoring
Supervise and coordinate all AML, Due diligence, and KYC procedures

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Economics/Mathematics/Law; Master’s degree/ LLM will be considered an advantage; Good analytical organisational and research skills; Attention to detail; Strong and outgoing personality, with the ability to successfully represent themselves and the Regulatory Research Department; Team spirit, excellent problem-solving abilities and willingness to study and develop; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven integrity and professional agility; Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
