TSYS is seeking Database Engineers to join our PRIME Data Engineering team, who will innovate and engineer solutions in the area of database technology. The Data Engineering team is actively engaged in the ongoing PRIME database engineering process, partnering with the PRIME development groups and providing deep subject matter expertise input as stakeholders to design reviews, and as an advocate for bringing forward and resolving customer issues. This engagement may extend to other development teams outside PRIME. The DE team is also involved in many modernization initiatives around the database technology, and such interaction and involvement with AWS is given. Our Software Engineers will be responsible for coding, debugging, maintaining, supporting, implementing and validating applications whilst collaborating and communicating with appropriate parties. They will further maintain and utilise application and programming documents in the development of code, recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards, and create appropriate deliverables and develop application implementation plans throughout the life cycle.
