Korantina Homes is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and professional individual for the position of Office Administrator.
The Office Administrator ensures all the updated information is recorded and relevant reports are produced for the various departments.
The Position
The primary responsibilities include the following:
Liaises with all Departments for obtaining all relevant information.
Recording all relevant data in the company’s e-system and ensuring all information is up to date.
Maintain electronic and hardcopy files.
Preparing and providing monthly reports relating to the performance of sales and other departments.
Provide back-office assistance to the Business Development and Sales teams.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
Strong sense of professionalism and efficiency.
