Job Description: As Payroll Assistant you will assist the Payroll Manager with: Preparation of salary payroll of between 400 – 450 employees monthly Meeting tight monthly deadlines of all payroll and payroll tax obligations Meeting yearly payroll deadlines such as IR7, IR63 and IR59 etc. Preparation and reconciliation - salary deductions (loans, salary advances, expense deductions etc) - monthly Reconciliation of payroll balance sheet and profit & loss accounts monthly Coordinating with the HR department on processing of new starters/leavers and payroll-related employee queries Preparation of various analytical spreadsheets including KPI’s for management on an ad hoc basis Assist in the implementation of new HR/Payroll software and systems Other responsibilities as...
