“Infocredit SPV Limited”, the company acting on behalf of NCR (Cyprus) Limited, responsible for providing the Contact Centre Services for the Cyprus General Healthcare System (GHS), is interested to recruit a person for the position of Contact Centre Agent. Appropriate candidates should be able to respond and effectively manage customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Contact Centre Agent Job Duties:
Respond to incoming contacts, both in Greek and English, in a professional and courteous manner.
Take ownership of and resolution responsibility for contacts handled.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors and transfer contacts according to procedures for resolution.
Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints using available resources.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Main responsibilities include:
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels
Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them
Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions
Writing engaging copy for adverts
Account management of clients
Maintain a digital dashboard of several different accounts
Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns
Prepare emails to send out to customers
Monitor key online marketing metrics to track the success
Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
Ensure that the brand message is consistent
Provide accurate reports and analysis to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
