Focus:
Structural design coordination, construction planning, and ERP-driven project management (SAP Business One)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update construction schedules and progress reports within SAP Business One.
- Manage material requisitions, supplier coordination, and cost tracking through ERP modules.
- Collaborate with architects and quantity surveyors to ensure real-time project data accuracy.
- Integrate site progress data with ERP dashboards for management reporting.
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and design standards across all active projects.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction processes and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One or equivalent ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
