The purpose of the role is to take care of customers by phone and ensure that we respond to their requirements and contact them proactively. Responsibilities: Centralized lead management and early engagement Pro-active contacting of potential customers for early engagement Contacts all customer-initiated leads e.g. via webpage form, digital marketing campaign, chat or other online channel within 24 hours. Qualifies the lead before assigning to salesperson, books e.g. value discovery meetings according to FL sales policy Support salespeople in keeping sales funnel and CRM data up to date Supports sales persons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, contracts, documents, equipment – SAP) Maintains customer data and hierarchies in SAP + CRM as instructed by sales person or key account manager Follows up the customer’s approval of designs and lay-out drawings Maintains sales and tendering tools and master templates as instructed by sales manager Responsible for...
