Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all incoming communication with clients
Record and resolve all complains, remarks, and inquiries from clients
Organize and prepare the cleaners/ maintenance schedule
Prepare quotations and cost evaluations based on client requirements
Charge all completed jobs
Handle and organize the keys of unsold properties and show flats
Assist the accounts department collecting and retrieving money
Provide translation assistance if required
Follow ISO procedure
Assist the aftersales engineer, update the working program, communicate with: the maintenance team, suppliers and partners ensuring the smooth operation of the aftersales department.
Other jobs/ tasks as assigned by Management.
Working experience 2-4 years in similar position;
Good knowledge of English
Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

University/ College degree in Business Admin, Real Estate or any other related qualification.
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Russian or Arabic language will be considered an advantage
Real Estate / Property Industry knowledge will be an advantage
