We’re scaling at Skilling! We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The role will work closely with our Customer Service & Back Office teams, whilst also collaborating with our Trading department. The role will report directly to the Head of Operations. What you will do: Provide the highest level of quality customer service, both internally and externally. Engage with customers (chats, emails, phone calls) to provide the most relevant information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products, payment methods and services. Escalate and liaise with other departments for issues such as payment and security related issues. Ensure that all tasks and client-generated tickets are followed up and dealt with promptly in accordance with the company’s service standards.
