We are seeking an individual to fit the role of a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role entails working closely with our other Customer Service Executives & Back Office team, and also the Trading team and reports directly to the Head of Customer Support.
The responsibilities are wide-ranging and varied. It is necessary to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all areas of the business. At the forefront of the company operations, the Agent will be responsible for maintaining and developing high standards of service. All aspects of the role will be customer-centric and to offer the best customer service in the industry. It is a must to be focused on what will give the customer the best possible experience from the site and world-class customer service in a competitive world.

Launched over a year ago, Skilling, a relatively new player in the crowded FX and CFD sector, with its own proprietary trading platform, is looking for an experienced affiliate manager with a proven track record in FX and CFD marketing to join our growing European team. You will be tasked with growing and developing our global affiliate function, recruiting and managing new and existing affiliate partners to meet Skilling’s commercial objectives. The role sits within Partnerships function and works to its KPIs. Although the main focus of the role is managing affiliates, IBs (Introducing Brokers) also fall within the role's remit.
The right candidates for this role may work from one of our Skilling office locations, in Spain, Cyprus, UK or Malta; or even work remotely within our EU time zone.
