Main Responsibilities:
Handles front desk duties, including greeting guests, answering calls, providing information, and directing visitors.
Coordinates appointment scheduling, maintains records on relevant systems and GESY, and ensures timely patient arrivals and service delivery.
Maintains and updates patient records in compliance with privacy regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of medical information.
Manages payment processes, including recording financial information and collecting patient charges.
