Your Role
As part of our HR team, you’ll take on exciting, hands-on responsibilities that make a real impact:
Manage recruitment for our river cruise teams, directly or through global agencies.
Handle visa applications and coordinate travel and accommodations for our crew.
Ensure team members meet company standards and facilitate seamless onboarding and handovers.
Maintain and update our crew database, oversee working hours, and review pre-payroll details.
Collaborate with teams across departments to improve and innovate HR processes.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
At least 2 years of experience in HR or the hotel catering industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (bonus if...
