Main tasks and responsibilities:
Ensure the best possible commercial terms for the business
Gathering tender requirements, market research on the tendering process, arithmetical and technical evaluations, award of the successful bidder
Maintaining and monitoring the filing system and database for each procurement case
Providing administrative support to the team as required
Communicating regularly with the accounting team to resolve any issues
Provide effective support on purchasing operations across all businesses within the Group
