Your role at Exness:
As part of our Reward team, you will design, implement, and manage compensation programs for senior executives (top managers), top talents, and key experts within Exness, ensuring that the compensation packages offered to these groups of employees are competitive, fair, and aligned with the company’s strategy and values.
You will:
Conduct ad hoc research and analysis on market trends and best practices in executive and top talents rewards, including salary, bonuses, equity, and benefits.
Develop and implement compensation strategies and policies that align with the company’s strategy and values, compensation philosophy, and pay structure, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Design and implement individual equity-based compensation programs, such as shares and restricted stock units.
