Our office is small and all staff needs to be ready to assist with various tasks when needed. Twelve months salary will be paid according to agreement, with a six-month probation employment period. Key responsibilities: Collecting mail at the post office every morning. Collecting and submitting documents that concern the authorities. Preparing HE forms and ordering certificates from the Registrar of Companies’ website. Sending documents to be certified. Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail. Preparing envelopes for outgoing post. Handling courier services. Coordinating drinking water supply.
